The process for replacing it is described below:

• Fully disassembly of the unit is required, disconnect battery as well.
• Disconnect LCD screen from the flat FPC connector
• Remove the LCD from the foam sticker. We suggest previously heating the foam with a hair dryer or other method, so it gets soft and easy to remove.
• Place the new LCD and reconnect.
• Plug the unit to USB before assembly to check everything is working in the new LCD

We suggest using anti-ESD good practices to avoid damaging internal components.
